Just in case you have
trouble opening or reading any of the emails or invoices I have placed
everything in this email on the web at http://asjoeseesit.blogspot.com/
Jay,
9-27-2012
Last week, I
agreed to complete the remaining projects on the condition you paid the jobs.
You didn't send a check and I completed the Cedars job out of good faith. I
asked if you could get your inventory by October 5th, you now want to pick up
in an additional week and I guess you figure I should complete the job on the
2nd of October as well. The only reason that this project has continued as long
as it has, is my continually giving to the operation, trying to make it work. That
trying to make it work is done. I’m done giving.
Your best
reply is to this whole thing is “it’s too difficult to figure out what will
work”
Next time you
are in a similar situation and can’t figure out what to do, try honoring your
original agreement and be clear what your actual storage requirements are. If
you remember our agreement, you stated it and I agreed. This reason we are at
this place is because you choose to not keep your word. It is your responsibility
we are here. Honor your word and none of this happens.
I want to be
paid, as I stated in an email last week, (9-19-2012) before I keep your
commitment with your client ISCTM on
Tuesday of next week. I want full payment on order 212195-C and the already completed Cedars job order
212226 immediately. I have already sent you the adjusted invoices.
If I don’t
have these payments in my Bank of America account by the close of business Friday 9-28-2012, I will be left with
the only option I have. I will, first thing Saturday morning place all of the
inventory, carts, legs, straps and the trailer and any other items involved in
a storage facility of my choice, here locally and I will pay for one months of
storage and mail you the key to the lock with the address and unit number. You
can pick up the inventory at your convenience and on your schedule or choose to
pay the monthly fee for storing your items. Regardless of what you choose to do
with the items in storage, I will be clear of the responsibility and burden of storage
of your items and done with this deal.
You have imposed too much, caused too much aggravation and have kindly
insulted me too many times. The only requirement from you was to honor your
word.
There is no
need to reply to this email, your actions are simple, deposit 1055.91 in cash:
to my Bank of America account before 6 PM Friday 9-28-2012 or don’t.
If the
deposit is made, before the close of business Friday, I will honor your
commitment and handle order 212195 on Tuesday and you can pick up your
inventory on the 9th of October. If not, you can wait for the key and address
of your inventory sometime next week and handle order 212195 anyway you
choose.
Unless you
honor our agreement immediately, your inventory will not be located on this
property one day longer. You have enjoyed a tremendous amount of storage for an
extended period of time without consideration. Without the payment I have
described, your inventory will be stored on your dollar and no longer my
responsibility.
In an effort to make not make this “too difficult for
you” I have included turn by turn directions to the nearest Bank of America and
fortunately it is only a half a mile from your doorstep.
So in the case your
vehicle is as broken as your computer is, you can walk and still take care of
your responsibilities.

Please I have
